Product introduction
The CAM rotor pump is a double rotor rotary positive displacement pump independently developed by Hongsheng Company and manufactured with advanced technology at home and abroad. Working principle
The CAM rotor pump uses two synchronous operation of the rotor, the rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the box, the rotor in the main and auxiliary shaft driven, synchronous rotation in the opposite direction, so that the volume of the pump changes, the formation of a higher vacuum degree and working pressure, so as to achieve the function of the pumping medium.
Product characteristics

2. Modular design, online maintenance, simple assembly and disassembly, convenient maintenance, cleaning, less wearing parts, low maintenance cost.
3. High efficiency and energy saving, low failure rate, reliable sealing, low noise.
4. Conveying pressure: 1.6Mpa, suction vacuum: 0.08Mpa.
5. Meet the requirements of FDA and GMP, and meet the requirements of CIP and SIP system.
6. The viscosity of the conveying medium is ≤2 million cp, and the slurry containing 60% of the solid content.
7. Built-in insulation cooling structure, good insulation performance.8. Flange type, clamp type, screw type and other types of connection can be optional.
9. By adjusting the speed, you can adjust the flow at will, and can be used as a general metering pump.
10. According to user requirements, sanitary safety valve can be configured in the pump head to control system pressure overload.
11. Can transport gas, liquid, solid mixed medium.
